Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ONE OPS processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, and the French Data Protection Act).

1. Data controller

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Systempay (Banque Populaire / Caisse d'Épargne) or PayPal, which are responsible for the bank data they collect. The publisher neither receives nor stores any card number; it only keeps the order reference, amount, date and status.

4. Recipients

Data is processed by the publisher and hosted on its own servers in France. It is neither sold nor rented. Only payment providers and, upon legal request, the competent authorities have access to it, within the limits of their role. Username, level, match statistics and leaderboards are visible to other players.

5. Website and launcher

The game's website uses no advertising trackers or third-party audience measurement tools. The launcher only transmits what is needed for updates and login. If Discord is open on the computer, the game may display the current activity there (“Rich Presence”); this stays local between the game and Discord.

6. Security

Hashed passwords, encrypted exchanges, key-based server access, backups, and data access restricted to the publisher.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions for its fate after your death. To exercise them: direction@oneheberge.fr (proof of identity may be requested). Reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

8. Minors

The game is reserved for people aged at least 16; under 18, parental consent is required for purchases.
