Terms of Use
This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms govern the use of the ONE OPS game, its launcher, its servers and its online services (the “Service”). Creating an account or playing means you accept these terms, the code of conduct and the privacy policy.
1. Publisher
Publisher: Luc RUIZ, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), trading as OneHeberge.
SIREN: 798 612 057 — EU VAT number: FR09798612057 (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Address: 10 allée de Cracovie, 47520 Le Passage, France
Contact: direction@oneheberge.fr — support tickets on oneheberge.fr and on Discord.
2. Access to the game
The game can be downloaded and played for free. Some optional content is paid (see the terms of sale). The Service is reserved for people aged at least 16. A minor must have the consent of their parents or legal guardian, in particular for any purchase.
3. Account
- An account is personal. Lending, selling or trading it, or playing on someone else's account, is prohibited.
- The player provides a valid email address and keeps their password secret. They are responsible for everything done from their account.
- The username must not be insulting, discriminatory or misleading (impersonation, fake staff member) nor infringe the rights of a third party. A non-compliant username may be changed or the account suspended.
4. Game rules and anti-cheat
The player follows the code of conduct. To guarantee fair matches, the game uses an anti-cheat system that checks the integrity of the game files and collects technical indicators from the computer (non-reversible fingerprints), and the servers record matches so they can be reviewed if a report is made. Details are given in the privacy policy.
5. Sanctions
In the event of a breach, the publisher may, depending on its seriousness: warn, restrict (voice chat, text chat, ranked matches), temporarily suspend or permanently close the account. Cheating and payment fraud lead to permanent closure. The player may contest a sanction with support; the decision is reviewed by a person.
6. Availability
The publisher strives to provide an available, quality Service but cannot guarantee permanent availability: maintenance, updates, technical incidents or attacks may interrupt it. The game evolves: maps, modes, weapons, balancing and content may be added, changed or removed.
7. Virtual content
Credits, camos, levels, passes and other in-game content are virtual items linked to the account. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or resold outside the game.
8. Intellectual property
The player is granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the game for private entertainment. Decompiling, modifying or extracting the files, creating third-party software that interacts with the game, or commercially exploiting its content is prohibited. Videos and live streams of the game are allowed, including monetised ones, as long as they do not suggest an official partnership.
9. Liability
The publisher is not liable for damage resulting from non-compliant use of the Service, unsuitable hardware, an interruption of the player's network or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the player holds under the law as a consumer.
10. Account deletion
The player may request deletion of their account at any time from support or at direction@oneheberge.fr. Deletion results in the permanent loss of the content linked to the account.
11. Changes to the terms
The terms may change. Each version is dated and numbered; in the event of a significant change, the player is asked to accept the new version at their next login. If they refuse, they may stop using the Service and request deletion of their account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the player first contacts support to find an amicable solution; consumers may also use, free of charge, the consumer mediator indicated in the terms of sale. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
